Include the email on your PayShield account and a short description. Never send passwords, full account numbers, card numbers, or identity documents.

In PayShield, open Account and choose Close PayShield account. The app records your request and explains any financial records that must be retained. You can also request closure from the account email through support.

Purchases, cancellations, and refunds are managed by the App Store or Google Play account used to subscribe. Use Restore purchase in PayShield when moving to a new phone or reinstalling the app.
